capital reduction has been declared along with change of name of the company on July 18 board meeting. Details to be discussed on August 9 meeting. They do say that capital reduction will maximize shareholders wealth. can some experts comment on this. Why would a debt free profit making company go for capital reduction? Will the re-rated value be higher than current mkt price after capital reduction?
