I think they would announce a record date and who ever holds reliance shares that day would be eligible for bonus shares.
As all of the RPL shares are now got converted to RIL shares, we should get the bonus shares if we hold RIL shares on record date....

They have inheritted lot of money from the great visionary and not able to hold it on their shoulders. Will self made people fight like this?...

I think they need share holder approval for the same. You should also get a ballot paper, if you are holding Reliance shares. It should be done by this month end or early next month.
