Price : BSE: Rs 134.50 ( 4.06 % ), NSE: Rs. 134.50 ( 3.90 % )
weekly charts indicate the stock is on the verge of a blow out rally. the target is about 350/-. Fundamentally also, it is a screaming buy.(unfortunately, it has been so for the last 6 months and still no one seems to be interested). Best strategy is to buy and go on vacation for a year. It has cash of 118/- per share on balance sheet (after subtracting debt). last years eps is 13.50. considering PE of 10, the price should be 135+118=253. That is the minimum. if we consider PE of 20 (more reasonable), price should be 270+118=388.
