Jain Irrigation Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Sub-Committee of Board of the Company in its meeting held on 08.05.2008 allotted 68,180 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 at a premium of Rs. 335.59 per Equity Share in conversion of 500 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds (ZCCBs) of USD 1000 each in terms of Notification received from the holder and in terms of Offering Circular dated 24.03.2006". Further the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of the resolution passed by the Sub-Committee of Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 08, 2008. A copy of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
