Its a surprise you staying and living in the US dont know about Pranav?

A very interesting intelligent guy handicapped by his inability to communicate to the western audience in English... a MIT graduate nonetheless....maybe he will do full justice to his thoughts in Gujarati?

Look at the combination of subjects he chose...let me post it for you

as per wiki
"Cleft palate is a condition in which the two plates of the skull that form the hard palate (roof of the mouth) are not completely joined. The soft palate is in these cases cleft as well. In most cases, cleft lip is also present. Cleft palate occurs in about one in 700 live births worldwide.[2]"...

Future of Medicine?

Check this out. .

http: //ww w.ted. com/talks/alan_russell_on_regenerating_our_bodies.html

shortly the blind will see, the man without a limb will grow his limb back.

Did you know if a foetus for some reason loses its limb in the womb it will grow it back. Upto six months of age an infant can grow back his finger tip if he loses it to an accident. But as we grow older the memory to regenrate is lost....

Check this video for some great pictures on what regenerative therapy can do... not similar to ayurved... but on the same line. .natural materials.

Not fair Allan Russell is talking about regenerative medicine.... thats what Ayurved is all about.

Ayurved does not destroy the *ego* of your cell the way Allpathy can. Ayurveda cures by working with the cells.Ayurved believes the sum total of egos of our cells is our ego.

Very few ideas are truly novel and Ayurved is one such science.

No wonder then we have a goddess for learning and she is Saraswati. In Hinduism Books are synonomyous with Saraswati coz the ideas in a book may be knew to you but the book (ideas) offers so many perspetive depending on what you are receptive to.. thats why Books are synonymous with Saraswati...
