Market did see-saw today. My first target was achieved, that is below 5090, it touched 5050 in Nifty Futures. It came back up again in green from there and then again went below 5090 to touch 5075. Adjustment closing saw it close above 5090. Which is a good thing.
For tomorrow, I think market would open in green. Would update more on levels once I see the opening.
About the short term market move, I feel post expiry market would show us again a quick correction till 4800-4700 level and then would go up till 5200-5300 again before the final year-end correction sets in due to FII profit booking.

BSNL Chennai Telephones recorded a first of sorts for South India yesterday with the commercial launch of 3G mobile services. Touted to be the next generation in mobile technology, 3G services will enable you to access Internet on the move with a speed of upto 3.6 Mbps and allow you to do video calling, watch mobile TV and other media rich applications.
In a press conference, Mr A. Subramanian, Chief General Manager, Chennai Telephones told “In about two months, we expect to add another 250 Node B stations to the existing network of about 300 units to provide seamless 3G connectivity across Chennai and adjoining districts”.
Various Demos like Streaming a Youtube without buffering, watching live television on the device effortlessly and a remote video monitoring feature, where video footage from a camera plugged to a broadband facility in South Korea streamed effortlessly on a 3G-supported mobile handset, were done at the event which showcased the true potential of 3G technology.
In this scheme, all the local voice calls and video calls are going to cost 30 paise/min and all the STD video calls will be 50 paise/min. Data usage charges are currently planned at 1 ps/10 kb but there is a possibility that the rates may decrease in due time. With its first year introductory offer of tariffs comparatively much lower than 2G call charges, Chennai Telephones hopes to gain 1.5 lakh users over the next couple of months.
BSNL officials added that the mobile TV application offered under a tie-up with a content provider currently showcases 24 channels and would be increased with user demand. Chennai Telephones have also tweaked its 3G infrastructure to enable 2G users who migrate to a 3G connection to retain the same existing number with no migration charges. But, there are no plans to bundle 3G handsets in the introductory offer. The 3G data cards which offer high speed Mobile Internet access for computer users on the move were also launched in this event.

Friends, I have just gone thru prev such instances on Nifty and Findings are as below:
(a) Nifty in 2003 Aprt made low of 920 with PE of 10!
(b) Nifty touched 2000 in Jan 04 with PE of 22
(c)Nifty Made low of 1292 on 17 May due to BJP goct fall(PE was 12.87)
(d) Lowest PE was 11.62 on 23 Jun 04 at Nifty 14484 (due to earning growth)
(e) Therefater markets crossed 2000 on 14 Dec 04 and PE was 16.86
(d)Market made low of 1900 in Jan 05 and never lookedback and rest is history above 6000
So Conclusions are
(a) In 2003 and 2004 double top around 2000 did not play out.
(b) Corelation with PE is more relevant as it peaks around 22 and corrects to 10-12 levels
(c) Earning growth factor has to be estimated and TA or any toy will not give any view on this. It is only FA!
(d) We are ar PE of 22 levels! What will be the earning grwoth in coming qtr? any one can throw some light?
My Posn now is . No F&O posn
Plan to sell stocks over next 2 months (Unles I get some info on fantastic earning growth)(markets will not fall fast, it will hop around here and distribution will take place
(d) I will resort to selling some CE of DEC till trend is confirmed
(e) OI of PE is huge with PCR at 1.56- Generally being contrarian, I would have taken it as bullish, but---something inside me tells me that, there is something wrong in the system!
Recent pattern of movemennts of Nifty suggests that, it moves towards the highest OI direction!
So take a calculated decision! It is still no time to go short and long except for LT investors, as some stocks still making news highs!...
