earlier the share was not circuit based but this year 5% circuit : result is bound value...

According to the management statement the value of land bank as of now is 2000 crores . It comes to rupees 310 per share and other buseness comes to rs 100 per share which makes a fair value of rs 410 per share. If management develops the 40 acre land at bangalore and 100 acre land at Hyderabad at the earliest (i.e., atleast 2 years from now) then there there is every chance that this share may rally upto 1000 without any doubt...

Its only the guest India bulls had had put such high value that it was even difficult to dream of the figuires Rs 5000/- because of the land holding .I am also a sucker who got taken & am suffering but I dont know why the stock has just flared up when the whole market is down the drain...
