Unimin India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2008, has considered and reviewed the assigned Directors Updated report in respect of the final reminder notice sent for payment to all shareholders of the Company holding partly paid up shares and unanimously resolved to finally Forfeit 5,08,200 Shares of the Company held by 1398 shareholders.
The Board also took on record the final Draft Rehabilitation Scheme (covering Financial restructuring) duly submitted to the Honble BIFR recently....
