that the company belongs to the son of ONE of the auditors of RIL is more or less establised however its also an old companyincorporated in 1985 as Spotlight Trade & Finance, a public limited company, much before the ambani split so maybe it has no connections to mukesh ambani .............but then again i may be wrong
