eps mention before demerger. after demerger only below .9 because share capital each company 6 crores. i guess each company listed rs 6. before demerger why not go above rs 16 think and understand which news correct...

please note that every share holder get even shares of two companies.eps also only .9, depending pe below eash compant listed around rs 6. wait and see...

hello friends, my opinion is about the relisting price of kriti ind would be around Rs;20/- or may be above that price, depending upon market situation on listing day, eps for the nine month is 1.13, if we take the avarage of this eps, then the eps for the full year would be 1.89 so multiply by 10 times would be at Rs;19/- so no chance to list below that price, so my opinion this can list around Rs;19+ only no chance to go below that ...
