seeing the trading in NTPC for the last few days, and after watching the appetite for PSU stocks i feel that it would surge at least 5% within 1-2 days. it is better for the said short sellers to book looses before that . i do not believe their claims, as anybody who is a professional will not short with Ntpc or in other stock which had been getting good support irrespective of the movements of indices. the discount in it`s price itself shows the short selling nature and at anytime shortcovering itself will drive it forward.DISCOUNT WITH SUPPORT is the time where we should accumulate. this is my experience. The wizards in trading may not agree.

not for too long one will get such opportunity like today to buy and hold for a year or two to see their money doubling from current lebel.

170 is a dream price to add Punj and i am repeating again and again. on each 5 Rs fall one can average from current lebel. maximum and maximum it can fall to 155 not below so 15 Rs risk and the gain can be as good as 130 Rs in a year because i believe it will touch 300 within a year.
