DoCoMo...DoCoMo...DoCoMooooooo...bharti made new low today, just last hope is 270-275 level support below that free fall anywhere till 175 levels. So what next, will they fight for international calls, will international calls will be also for 1p/sec...wow, mobile users will be enjoying all this tariff war but those who are holding telecom stocks will have very bad next 1 year.....!...

In reply to:

Nuclear Bomb

Posted by : atul30

Bharti, Vodfone, Rcom and idea have nothing to defend. Because Docomo will go bust under the pressure of its own bomb. Don`t even think that 1ps/Sec trick will work in favour of the consumer, since it will still cost the consumer 1Re/min, which is still higher than so many plans of leading players, where they are charging as less as 30p/min, and the consumers will not oblige just for the sake of a couple of calls which may be under a minute duration. No doubt, Telecom is like FMCG market today, but then the competition will play out itself, the strong ones will survive while the weak ones will collapse under the weight of their own irrational schemes launched with a very short term perspective. In today`s marketplace, you can`t win competition just by fierce pricing, but what is more important is service delivery with a quality and consistency, which new players will require long time and patience to build, by which time, the old players will become even stronger and mature market players. So, just be brave or exit telecom.

I have committed a sum of Rs.35,000/- for investment in Austral Coke. Made investments at various levels. Till it gets exhausted, I will continue buying at various levels.

If Austral coke collapses, I loose 35,000/-.

But if Austral Coke turns out to be a winner, I see my investment of 35,000/- becoming 35 Lakhs.

EVERY GENERAL PUBLIC SHAREHOLDERS/INVESTORS OF SUPER TANNERY MUST KNOW THAT SECURITIES & EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA VIDE THEIR CIRCULAR NO SEBI/CFD/DIL/DIP/34/2009/24/09 DTAED 24/2/2009 CLEARLY COMMUNICATED THAT COMPANY SHOULD ALLOT BONUS SHARES TO THEIR SHAREHOLDERS WITHIN TWO MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF BOARD APPROVEL

SO IT IS TOTAL NEGLIGENCY AND FAULT OF SUPER TANNERY MANAGEMENT THAT THEY HAVE VIOLETED THIS RULE OF SEBI AND PUTTING VARIOUS SHAREHOLDERS/INVESTORS OF SUPER TANNERY UNDER HUGE CAPITAL LOSSES HENCE WE HAVE REQUESTED INVESTOR PROTECTION CELL OF BOTH SEBI AND BSE THAT THEY SHOULD INTERVANE IN AND TAKE UP THE MATTER STRONGLY WITH SUPER TANNERY MANAGEMENT AND ASSURE THAT NECCESSARY COMPENSATION SHOULD BE PAID TO SHAREHOLDERS OF SUPER TANNERY ON THEIR EXISTING HOLDING OF SHARES WHICH IS BEING HELD ON EXPECTATION OF BONUS SHARES AND ALSO ON NON DELIEVERY AND ALLOTMENT OF BONUS SHARES AS APPROVED BY SUPER TANNERY BOARD ON 31.7.2009

WE HAVE ALSO MADE COMPLAIN TO INVESTOR GRIEVANCES CELL OF OUR LOCAL EXCHANGE THE GUWAHATI STOCK EXCHANGE LTD TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER WITH THE COMPANY AS WELL AS WITH SEBI TO SETTLE THIS MATTER ON TOP PRIORITY WE ARE THANKFUL TO GSE THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY FORWARDED OUR COMPLAIN TO SUPER TANNERY REGISTRAR AS WELL AS TO SEBI

SO LET US SEE HOW SEBI AND BSE RESPOND TO WE GENERAL PUBLIC SHAREHOLDERS GRIEVANCES
FROM OUR POINT OF VIEW NO RELAXATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO SUPER TANNERY MANAGEMENT BY SEBI AND BSE FOR THEIR SUCH SERIOUS NEGLIGENCY AND THEY MUST CONSIDER COMPENSATION PAYEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

Why bonus and not dividend. Bonus helps only capitalization (Book Adjustment) and increase the quantum of shares in the market. Where as dividend are the returns to the share holders. It is to those who hold the shares and supported the growth of the company....
