we shareholders have now no option but only to wait and watch for developments in between super tannery and two regulatories bse and sebi we have referred the matter to bse and sebi to take up this issue on top priority with super tannery and the things should be settled immidiately which benifits 6600 nos of minority public shareholders we have again to write that super tannery is financially a very strong company and due to above facts only indias largest banker state bank of india have provided them secured loan of rs 75 crores whereas total market cap of super tannery shares as on date is just above 20 crores only we have written so many times to management of state bank of india that one of sbi director should be immidiately nominated in super tannery board considering super tannery very low market cap we have referred this matter to sebi also that they should also insist sbi to nominate one of their director in super tannery board in respect to our above request we have received letter from sebi mumbai that they have forwarded the matter to the reserve bank of india mumbai and written us that we should contect rbi mumbai for further follow up action we have again to write that management of super tannery should settle the pending matter of bonus shares and compensation immidiately and management should also insist their banker sbi to nominate one of sbi director in super tannery board immidiately and also should consider listing of super tannery shares in nse for easy liquidity of super tannery shares and increase in daily volumes...
