Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2008, inter alia, has passed all the five resolutions with requisite majority:

1. The Shareholders adopted the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008.

2. Accepted the cessation of Shri. Randeep Singh Shekhawat from the Directorship of the Company.

3. Re-appointed N Kataria & Associates, Chartered Accountants as statuary auditor.

4. Appointed Pradeep Saxena as Director of the Company.

5. The Share Holders also confirmed the revision in remuneration of Managing Director of the Company....
