Mon, Mar 15 05:13 AM After the frisking fiasco involving former president APJ Abdul Kalam on a US-bound American airline last year, the US aviation security department, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), has conveyed to its Indian counterpart that it may exempt four to five categories of VVIPs from frisking before entering its aircraft. The VVIP list is likely to include past and present presidents, the Vice-President, the Prime Minister and the present Union Cabinet. The list has been pruned down from some 30-40 categories of VVIPs, which currently figure in the country`s Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) list who are exempted from frisking. The matter had come up for detailed discussion during a meeting of the Indo-US joint working group held in January this year. "A formal response from the TSA is awaited. However, they have agreed in principle to exempt four-five categories of VVIPs from frisking ahead of boarding a flight," said a senior civil aviation ministry official. The list will be prepared and finalised at the next meeting of the ministry with the US security agency. Since such privileges are extended on a reciprocal basis, India will also review the list of US dignitaries it wants to exempt from frisking. The US authorities may consider private screening for the VIPs separately at designated VIP lounges, as they had expressed reservations about accommodating the huge list of Indian VIPs for exemption. Kalam`s frisking last year had outraged parliamentarians and the matter was raised in Parliament. Civil aviation minister Praful Patel had then claimed that the BCAS would be registering an FIR against Continental Airlines for conducting the security check on Kalam in violation of existing rules. The FIR was, however, never filed. TSA, the highest transport security body in the US, was established in the wake of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, to secure US transportation systems. Since then, aviation security has been stepped up to combat terror attacks. Chief, First off all, i am not against a fair and healthy competition.If i was against,i would have suggested `one business house should be allowed to take over other small private banks`.At present where is the competition?.Is city union bank offering any competition to centurion bank of Punjab?.We can see healthy competition if govt allow ,for eg,let the tatas to take over CUB and the ambani`s or kamani`s to take over CBP and grow them to pan india players.I dont think it is prudent to issue new licences to every tom and saji`s for promoting competition.It will lead to the Indian version of mortgage crisis.lol.....

there is small rising wedge.. in nifty..the size is small..which is bearish...

however us mkts went up to test double top..and India did not...are we lagging..or what...there is still a chance if us mkts beat the double top..our mkts ..may go up to the double top....

I am cashed out...I have couple of longs..and hedged with a short..the rest is all cash...if we beat the double top I will change my views as I see fit...


any ways..200 dma is not very far if we do fall..the thing to watch would ..if institute investors support it...

I am thinking they may even come under some pressure...mkts will even fool them...

So us mkts will go down..anytime..suddenly...we must go down to build a handle..

History also show sNp..will get rejected...at 1150 one more time...history will repeat itself...the fall will just half..so snp may go down to retest 1092...one more time...

my friend if mkts were not near a double top..my views would b different..so I feel every pop should b cashed...otherwise charts..on fnm are extremely bullish...I spotted the pop couple of week ago...It took too long for it to happen...we dont know when the whole mkt can go in a tail spin..as we are near a major top...

so it would b foolish for me not to advise..caution..but main time..I got some amazing pops...I think god is helping me out...lol...thank god.....
