Daikaffil Chemicals India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Approval of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Declaration of Dividend @ 5%.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. Jayant Patel & Mr. Jagdish Vassa as Directors of the Company.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. Gaurang Merchant & Co. as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
