Kirloskar Brothers Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 18, 2008, the members have approved re-appointment of retiring directors i.e. Mr. S. S. Marathe, Mr. P.S. Jawadekar, Mr. M. G. Padhye and Mr. Rahul C. Kirloskar. Further, Mr. Pratap Baburao Shirke, Additional Director, has been elected as Director of the Company.
