Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Shareholders of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2008 have inter alia approved the following:- 1) Adoption of the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with the Reports of the Auditors and Directors thereon. 2) Declaration of Dividend at the rate of 45% on Equity Shares. 3) Re-appointment of Mr. Bharat Doshi, Mr. Piyush Mankad and Mr. Anjanikumar Choudhari as Directors of the Company. 4) Appointment of Messrs. B. K. Khare & Co., Chartered Accountants, the retiring Auditors of the Company, as Auditors of the Company. 5) Appointment of Ms. Rama Bijapurkar as Director of the Company.
