There are many points that needs to be answered.After going through this deal our energy requirements will be met more by mere 3 percent. (from present 3 to 6%).If the deal will improve our energy requirement by substantial amount ,say by 20-25% ,then we can give a thought.There is no necessity to think of it ,if it improve the requirement by 3%.By adhering to the deal we have to miss many things.
