With reference to the earlier annoucement dated on July 24, 2008, regarding grant of options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 (ESOP Scheme 2007), Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has now informed BSE that the total options granted under the ESOP Scheme 2007 was 204000 instead of 216000 at an exercise price of Rs 119.90....

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd. had informed the Exchange that the Remuneration & Nomination Committee of the Board of CFL, at its meeting held on July 22, 2008, granted 216000 options at an exercise price of Rs.119.90 to the executives under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007. These Options would vest over a period of 4 years exercisable within a period of 3 years from the date of vesting. The Company has now inform the Exchange that the total options granted under the ESOP Scheme 2007 was 204000 instead of 216000 at an exercise price of Rs.119.90.

buy eid parry instead....they own 70% of corom fert which means you get all the rest almost for free so cheaper way to play coro fert...

Sorry mate but you must be crazy to think this way. This is still undervalued if you compare which every way you want with any other fertilizer stock. Fare value is above 200 (250 atleast). The last 10 days movement is because of the excellent results & govt. policies which will help this stock the most. You can wait for 140 but only in your dreams. This is headed to 190 now. All the best to poeple already invested in the stock.

Coromnadel has advanced from the recent low of 109 to 170 in about 10 trading days. Last Friday and today the volumes were not that great... about 70 percent less compared to last week before Friday. One can enter the stock around 140+ levels during the correction. This is a new top since last 2 years the range had been 90 -140. Small investors are advised not to jump and buy the stock at these levels.

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 22, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Adopted the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with the Balance Sheet and Reports of Directors and Auditors.
2. Declared a dividend of 175% for the year ended March 31, 2008.
3. Re-elected Mr. M K Tandon & Mr. A Vellayan as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointed M/s. Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on a remuneration, terms & conditions.
