Here is some more info on land sold to DLF by bhuruka Steel.

Early last year, the company bought Bhoruka's factory land located on Mahadevapura main road in Whitefield and is building 1.7 million square feet of office space there.
At Whitefield, the company plans to build four office blocks and one signature building on 15 acres of land.
Titled 'DLF Technopolis@Bangalore', the project has been designed with a fusion of open and covered spaces.
"Under the first phase of construction, we have taken up 2.50 lakh square feet of office space and the entire space has been committed by a few companies. The project is to be ready by 2007. Currently, we are on a look-out for anchor tenants," a senior company official said.

DLF Ltd has announced the following Un-Audited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 7009.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 5792.70 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Total Revenue has increased from Rs 12071.10 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 to Rs 14938.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
The Unaudited Consolidated results are as follows:
The Group has posted a Net Profit of Rs 18639.70 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 15154.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Total Revenue has increased from Rs 31209.80 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 to Rs 38463.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008....

It is good scrip. It will take time to give a quote above your IPO price.But the price movements will be very quick. If you want to book profit, closely watch the prices and do as you think fit.
There is every opportunity in future to get back your investment money and prospects to get best returns, if you can wait for 1 year. You must have confidence and a target price,to book a profit to getout when ever you get shares in an IPO. As You would have got a good experience in this particular investment I need not elaborate.
As the reality sector is in a fluid state, I can only say confidently, that you should wait and come out at the target-price giving a return of 15 to 20%. This you can do in 4 or 5 lots at different price levels, if you prefer. The choice and decision are always yours.
