English Indian Clays Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2008, has recommended a final dividend @ 70% on paid up equity share capital of Rs 4,46,89,790/- amounting to Rs 3,12,82,853/-, 5% on 10%
Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share capital of Rs 10,00,00,000/- amounting to Rs 50,00,000/- and 5.5% on 11% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share Capital of Rs
20,00,00,000/- amounting to Rs 1,10,00,000/- respectively for the financial year ended
March 31, 2008. During the year the Company had paid an interim dividend of 5% on 10%
Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares and 5.5% on 11% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares respectively....

buy stocks wich r at bootom n haven rallied much yet .

buy ENGLISH INDIAN CLAY wih has upside of ollmost 150 rs ...
