well said .. never trust these experts. DLF is a good stock I believe in selling when you have made a decent profit (20%) in 6-months time frame. Holding above that is at your risk. since market conditions are not so good it is better to exit the counter when you realize 5-10% profit to cover your taxes and some profit. re-enter again at Rs.450 or below. If as said by verdict7us if you have an year time frame average if you can and hold. ...

I could not understood what is wrong with numbers. They gave significant increase in top and bottom lines. CNBC estimate for profit was higher than than what they deliver. I did not understand how CNBC calculate these estimates.
The following factors should be positive for DLF:
Company payed all its land banks.
Have less cost of money compared to peers.
Huge cash in hand.
Buyback offer.
So far company managing input cost and demand sluggish well.
Flip side, Interest rate and input cost.
Any comments, please post....
