A section of the NRI investors in Magic Hills is likely to sue the company for miselading them into investing in their project which does not ahve necessary approvals. Management has delayed start of the project from April 2007 to Nov 2008. Guess when they will start the project, if at all they can. Airport location is also in doubt. Exit the stock as it will get hammerred badly
