With reference to the earlier annoucement dated October 09, 2009 regarding Proposed Preferential issue of 15,00,000 equity shares, Atco Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the aforesaid matter was reconsidered by the Board of Directors and it was thoughtful advisable to postponed the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, schedule to be held on December 01, 2009 to seek approval of shareholder for the aforesaid issue, with the view to allow a period of 6 months for trading in equity shares from date relisting of shares of Company as per the SEBI guidelines.
