hi deepakm, wish your words come true sooner than later, as I have invested in this scrip at the level of 25 and eagerly waiting for the news to come. Then it can really be a multibagger without doubt. But the problem with us borders is that we are the least informed about the company and inside news. Whatever happens inside the company about the progress of settlement of case pending at bombay high court, the management is tight lipped and we are all in dark. So I humbly request all the borders to contribute whatever they know about the happenings so that we all can make handsome returns without doubt. regards, cnchandran....

As the CMP is less than half of the warrant conversion price, it was only expected, that warrant holders will not opt for conversion. Many more company promoters / non promoters have forfeited the initial amount for convertible warrants in similar cases. Its good that SEBI woke up and at least decided to increase the initial % amount to 25 instead of just 10%.

I don`t have high hopes with this company in the changed scenario now that Amar Singh is not being welcomed by any party. But still can give 10-20% returns anytime....

I also bought small quantity recently. As per the notes in last quarterly results, the company is trying for an out of court settlement. The out-of-court settlemenet may be faster and benefit all....

My view is rather opposite, the promoters have diversified a lot, and are in need of capital infusion. So they would like the rights issue to be successful and may need to maintain the share price above 225....

The stock is buzzing today as well, but it has gone down after reaching 70-75 levels multiple times. Even the current move has come on low delivery percentage and it may just be an operator play. In the past, some insiders also made money before some important announcement, so lets watch out.

Still, until the promoters fortune improve and the wockhardt mess is cleaned up, the investors may need to wait patiently with this stock....

Yes, as expected the stock gave good positive movement in last few days. It certainly has lot more potential. If not 100, at least should touch 70 in this rally....
