They are gradually diversifying into EPC-subcontracting business and will cover up accounts gradually if they can. You will watch software sales growth tapering off and profits falling there. Retail investors will never have control on the operations of the company except for voting in the AGM. What we look for is some news like the company is making profits, company is bagging new projects, liberal dividend etc. But what we public last heard was they were fighting a court case regarding a takeover. Dont know what happened to it....

it would be wise to hold. very hard to find companies with good corporate governance these days. i had very good faith in this company. but recently the news of promoter acquiring stakes in other software firms, the company not disclosing orderbook and new orders and the satyam saga had my confidence shaken in this firm. current p/e is well justified. unless the company wins big orders or improves the corporate governance its hard to give a higher target ...

As far as I know this company has poor corporate governance. Any company without excellent corporate governance is not worth keeping particularly for the retail investors where we have no control on the operations of the company whatsoever. I held this script before a long time. One bad news over another and the management sleeping while the share price is taking a dip had driven me out of this stock. This was one of my worst investment decisions. Better to quit when there is some value left in the stock....
