Are you saying that KG D6 is the way to prosperity fr India ? That once 160 mmscd gas starts coming out of it, India will have solved all big problems ? Im not too sure it helps India that much ... If India were the concern, like the Hon`ble Supreme Court noted, isnt gas at .34 better fr the country that gas at .2 ?

Sure. KG D6 will help a lot. But its not the way out of a worldwide financial crisis like you are suggesting. And more than the country, the Ambani brothers stand to gain - either way......

I think the companies are cannibalising themselves ... They are trying to eat out of each other, and in a time not too far, you should see smaller operators closing out and merging with bigger players ... The prices right now in India are the lowest anywhere else in the world ... Long distance calls are at 50p/min and thats less than a cent a minute .. Where is anyone bringing any margin ?? And the minister to keep getting media space and attention says he plans to get it to 25 paise/min ... This price war in my opinion is unsustainable ... Till it ends, you`re gonna see lesser profits with each passing quarter.. There`s a limit to number of people you can add to subscriber list !!...

If I remember correctly there was a huge discussion regarding what is a "crash", and at the end of it you had said that target had been reached. To a specific question on further downside to the stock - you said no further downward movement ... Now that stock has come down further, you are just trying to manipulate it to your advantage.

No harm in taking some extra credit, but dont say "I told you so ! " after saying the opposite thing ......

Did u even see the ADR ? what beating? it opened 7% up and will close nearly 4% up.. expect the same trend on the market tomorrow.....

Are you guys serious ?? Thinking Africa is a jungle, full of animals, and no potential ? I absolutely agree with Shuchi, you can either see opportunity or look at negatives ... Right now there is huge competition for Indian companies with the Chinese for growth in Africa cos its still to be tapped .. After all the west thought some years ago that India was a country full of jungles with elephants and tigers, look at us now ......

Forget about Tarzan and Africa, just see if there is value in the scrip ... And Im sure Sunil Bharti Mittal (or Anil Ambani trying before)is not foolish to pump in billions into a deal which would not fetch returns ... If you have faith in the management and what they are doing, then yes this is a good stock to hold onto ... MTN deal or not .....
