Dear world investor,
Whar happen to your call in NMDC? You were so upbeat in NMDC but it is slipping down and down!!!
Your advise please...
Thanks...
Ambarish....
This Share`s Price Movement is giving some very critical clues.
Once , when it was at 75, it has slowly moved down to 65.
Then suddenly Rose one day to 75.
Now From this 75 , it has moved continuously down to 47.
And Suddenly it hit 20% Circuit to 58 Rs.
Now again from 58 it is going down and down slowly - daily 2% on an average.
what does it suggest ??...

In Telecom sector I think TATA , Reliance and Airtel these 3 companies can carryon its business for long term because
1.Enough Competition
2. Increase sppectrum charges
3.Cut off termination charges
4.One per second plan also a big bomb for its revenue
5.New companies cant stable its earnings
6.Aready govt brands r there MTL, BSNL.
New companies cant stable its earnings. And in private sector only these 3 companies can stay for long term. And increase tehir revenue by increasing sales beacuse It have capability to bear losses atleast one yr. It will help to remove new competition. Currently their shares r providing at very best level. After 3 yrs these can give atleast 80% or more return. ...

Hyderabad-based Surana Telecom & Power (Surana Telecom) has decided to demerge its solar business into Surana Ventures in order to consolidate company`s solar business.
As a part of the arrangement, the existing shareholders of Surana Telecom will be issued 3 new equity shares of Rs 10 each of Surana Ventures for every 4 shares of Rs 5 each held in Surana Telcom. This will be in addition to their existing shareholding of the company.
As per the demerger process, Surana Telecom will transfer its solar business to Surana Ventures. Upon effectiveness of the scheme of arrangement, the existing public shareholders of Surana Telecom will hold 25.75 per cent of shareholding in Surana Ventures and thereby Surana Telecom will directly hold 17.92 per cent in Surana Ventures.
On completion of the demerger, Surana Ventures will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
This is great news for the shareholders of Surana Telecom...
Getting 3 new equity shares of Rs 10 each of Surana Ventures for every 4 shares of Rs 5 each held in Surana Telcom is a bonus for Suran Telecom shareholders...
If you do the mathmetics shareholders of Surana Telecom are getting Rs.7.50 extra per share if you are a shareholder of Surana Telecom...( 3 shares for every 4 shares held )
I recommmend a strong buy at CMP....
