Paraan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2008, inter alia, has discussed and decided the following:

1. Board also finalized the Date, place, time and draft Notice for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2008.

2. It was decided by the Board to get the approval of members in their forthcoming Annual general Meeting for the appointment of M/s. BRV & Associates, Chartered Accountant as Statutory Auditors of the Company as the existing Auditors M/s. K C Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountant not given their consent for reappointment....
