Touted to be the next generation in mobile technology, 3G services will enable you to access Internet on the move with a speed of upto 3.6 Mbps and allow you to do video calling, watch mobile TV and other media rich applications. In a press conference, Mr A. Subramanian, Chief General Manager, Chennai Telephones told “In about two months, we expect to add another 250 Node B stations to the existing network of about 300 units to provide seamless 3G connectivity across Chennai and adjoining districts”. Various Demos like Streaming a Youtube without buffering, watching live television on the device effortlessly and a remote video monitoring feature, where video footage from a camera plugged to a broadband facility in South Korea streamed effortlessly on a 3G-supported mobile handset, were done at the event which showcased the true potential of 3G technology. In this scheme, all the local voice calls and video calls are going to cost 30 paise/min and all the STD video calls will be 50 paise/min. Data usage charges are currently planned at 1 ps/10 kb but there is a possibility that the rates may decrease in due time. With its first year introductory offer of tariffs comparatively much lower than 2G call charges, Chennai Telephones hopes to gain 1.5 lakh users over the next couple of months. BSNL officials added that the mobile TV application offered under a tie-up with a content provider currently showcases 24 channels and would be increased with user demand. Chennai Telephones have also tweaked its 3G infrastructure to enable 2G users who migrate to a 3G connection to retain the same existing number with no migration charges. But, there are no plans to bundle 3G handsets in the introductory offer. The 3G data cards which offer high speed Mobile Internet access for computer users on the move were also launched in this event. ...

It is trading at just PE-8 and P/BV value is just 0.52 where as other companies trading PE-30-40 and P/BV is around 3. It will go to those numbers surely..just need one trigger to get attention on these figures....

It will cross 100-130 anytime now. IPO price was 175. It never posted loss or decline in sales after IPO. It posted growth in top line however there was pressure on bottom line. Last month it announced the 3 new orders and it will announce 2 more big orders shortly after that expecting sharp movement in this counter....

This is the good news. However I am considering it for long term. There is no reason to exit from it as far as it is paying dividend and declaring profit.
Consistenly it is adding cash on books. This year it will add around 6crore on books....

They also look at wordl markets start telling sell if they are red. Maytas is domestic player. Maytas business depends on deomestic economic not on govt economy. IL&FS holds 35% they will be one who will lose huge investment if maytas do not turn around. So IL&FS will make sure that it come back on track.
These analyst were clueless when it was trading 60-70 level. Lots of people bought maytas at 35 level also.

Tv analyst buy/sell call changes as 3-4 times through out the day. Their views changes with market direction.

Tv channle also need all content to telecast daily....

Sir these TV analyst gets paid for saying buy/sell. They are do not follow any metthod. They just look at trend. If they line upword they say buy and if they down they sell. But economy all over the world is coming out of recession and indian economy is already doing good. From here economy will improve only. World economic is coming out of recession now so stock market also should do well as economy start improving. However profit booking can not be ruled out. But new investors will enter as they see dips in prices.

If you invest based on tv analyst you will surely loose money here.....

ILFS is not expert in running the company..rather they are expert in investment. I don`t think they will involve into day to day operation of any company. LIC have controlling stack in many sensex companies..but they are taking control of nay company.
LIC is single largest share holders L&T but they never approach to take control of it....

So far many people invested in wind energy just to save tax. Amitabh, aishwarya, Sachin tendulkar, and many people peole invested in wind power so far. But wind power is not efficient mechanism to generate energy. Hydro power is most most environmental friendly and efficient to generate energy.

So sell this stock and go for NHPC IPO gauranteed return on 30-50% onl listing day and minimum 20% return YoY for next 10yrs....

After today ET news now I can see this stock touching 450-650 in short term and 1200-1500 in long term 3yrs.
