Tommorow Opening Analysis. If Nifty Close below 5000. Then tommorow opening will be in red or negative. Or If mkt close above 5000 then tommorow opening will be in green Or positive. Yesterday some targets r hit but the target for closing is nealy hit. tara23 was the perfect analysis for closing strategy (narrow range) Today please analyse closing and please also analysis tommorow opening. Considering the following matters. 1. Nifty is not breaking 5140 on upside 2. Nifty is not breaking 5080 on downside 3.DOW and Nasdaq was close on upside 4.European mkts also direct the mkt direction after 1pm 5.Till Put option r more active then call options 6.Rel bonus has been covered now they can lead mkt to downside 7. Any other factor that u know My Opinion :- If Nifty break 5140 decisevely then it will close near by 5180. And if it breaks 5080 decisevely on downside then it will close 5021. My Strong opinion is that mkt will round b/w 5080 and 5140. For Tommorow opening I will analyis after 3 - 3.30PM. And Please give ur views Thankyou....

Exactly one year back 170 innocent Indians lives were lost in the terrorist attack in Mumbai. The lone terrorist to be arrested has been kept in custody till now in spite of him pleading guilty and asked for the punishment. Today`s TOI reports that the state govt of Maharashtra has spent about RS 31 crores for the SAFE KEEPING of this terrorist named Ajmal Kasab.This works out to be a mind boggling Rs 8.75 lakhs per day!!!And the expenses are still mounting. Any middle east country, had a similar incident happened in their region,would have spent a bullet on the killer on the very next day and given Rs 18 lakhs exgratia to the family of each of the 170 victims making the total Rs 31 cr. Dear C M Naik, From ur post, i feel u want to transfer money (u r using shares to transfer money) from ur hand to ur wife`s hand & later on u `ll use this money to generate taxable/non taxable income under ur wife`s name. This way u want to avoid Tax liability (as & when it occurs) if u use the share sell money under ur own name to invest in FDs or STCGs etc. Since the holding period is already more than 1 year, there is no problem on taxation front. For ur own good, it`s advisable to prepare a gift deed on a plain paper to avoid future problems. thanks Ashal...

RIL will continue to underperform.

To match the Index or other peers, RIL will have to shore up their bottomline. Even though juicy news have their value, knowledgeable buyers do not fall for such information.

Show me the Profit and rising EPS; then only will I buy RIL shares -- says the common investor....
