Wall Street Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have transacted the following business:

1. Received, considered and adopted the audited Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account as at and for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. P S G Nair & Mr. F S Broacha, who retiring by rotation, was re-appointed as the Directors of the Company.

3. Declared a dividend of Rs 0.70 per share i.e. a dividend @ 7% on the paid-up share capital of the Company.

4. Appointed Anil A Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

5. Mr. Lakshmanan Sahasranaman, an Additional Director who under section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956, held office only up to the date of the Annual General Meeting, was appointed as the Director of the Company....
