Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 07, 2008, inter alia, has recommended dividend of @ 12% on the equity share of Rs 10/- each i.e. Rs 1.20 per share, subject to approval of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company.
