Brescon Corporate Advisors Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, have granted totally 1,10,500 fresh stock options to various employees of Co. with each of such options conferring a right to apply for one equity share of the Company on the terms & conditions as per the Scheme approved by the Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on July 15, 2006.

Total Options in force (including fresh 1,10,500 options)= 2,26,335 options (i.e.) 6.52% of the Companys Issued & paid up 34,73,265 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
