Indiabulls Real Estate Limited has informed the Exchange that "We refer to our letters dated February 5, 2008 and May 8, 2008. We would like to inform that Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust ("IPIT") (a business trust formed and registered under the laws of Singapore) had registered its final prospectus on June 2, 2008 for the offer of its units for subscription by the investors, including the public in Singapore, by way of an initial public offering in Singapore (the "IPO"). The IPO opened for subscription on June 2, 2008 and closed on June 6, 2008. Following the closure of the IPO, the Offering price has been fixed at Singapore Dollar ("S$") 1.00 per Common Unit aggregating to S$262,483,183 (subject to an over-allotment option). Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch ("Deutsche Bank") and Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("Merrill Lynch") are acting as the joint issue managers, financial advisers, book runners and underwriters. DBS Bank Ltd. is the Coordinator of the Public Offer. They have entered into the Purchase Agreement on June 6, 2008 with the Indiabulls Property Management Trustee Pte. Ltd. and Indiabulls Real Estate Limited".
