hi dear investors.........

mallya talks are on with uae and kang\\` shares

both looking at fair prices for the deal .....

the swap ratio if comes through is 3:1 . that si for 3 spicejet shares u get one share of the merged company. that deal is seeing a valuation of 80-85 rupees for one spicejet share..

like spice communictaions which has consolidated at 52 week high of 72-75 ruppes per share for past one week,
spice jet will no consolidate at 80-85 rupees per share till everything is over and swap is done or so ( never forget that 52 w high of spicejet is even higher @ 104.50 rs )

if crude price goes down (a consolidation is expected)
and if anil dhirubhai ambani comes into the play .. those are additional benefits and then this whole story will take even more colors....

so buy buy buy spicejet with no worries and tensions at all and harvest gold...

many have missed the spice communication cruise from 23 to 75....
now dont miss this spicejet cruise from 20.50 to 85....

u will regeret for sure if u repeat the mistake for a second time........... in real life very few things come with a second chance
