As per the data available on the Stock Exchange, Mumbai, total traded shares of JRG Securities on 25.6.2008 was around 35000 only. It is indicated that the director\\`s transaction was not in the market , but an off-market transaction. If it is true, who bought that huge quantity of shares in a falling market?. The fellow boarder argued that JRG is trading at its 52 week low. But he doesn’t know ALL OTHER stocks are trading near its yearly low except some leading IT counters. Dear analyst please understand that all business have cyclical nature. The broking industry also is not an exception.
