I agree with you - we should take them to court this is not their baap ki jagir..we have to find ways to counter such studpid moves by goverment - they are getting taxes, cess etc anyway ..on that this amoutns to 65% taxation...

TCS has potenital to touch 2000 but it needs to fix a few things
1. Change the management from being tech centric to tech and mgmt centric this it can be replacing current leadership - ramadorai is going so that is a option by getting an season ihnternational name to head who is avisionary. current level 2 and level 3 leadership in tcs is more tech cnetric and that too of the programmer kind and not tech savvy kind.
2. Diversify inot products across verticals with their assets already in place they can scal trunover by a atleast two or three times

till then i think 1250 is ok to aspire.....

I see prices of CPC falling though so in efffect Rain will not be able to capitazlise ..again Cement margins should take a hit which means a less than hoped for September quarter.

Goad CArbon avoid above 130 fair price on historic levels is lower..cannot commnet on how much need to see sep qtr ..this company shows results once in cyclical while only...since last several years..the market has better options so let us pass these till price is good

You are correct on Goa Carbon with historic price and low profit. It will be better to watch for some more time and see how they perform in Sept qtr. But i found it as a good trading opportunity. Have been holding from 90 levels. I am sure it will reach 170 soon. Long term will depend upon the Sept qtr results. Rain\\`s indian CPC operations are showing lower sales in past so many qtrs as compare to the sales reported by standalone Rain Calcining last year. That is hard to know why it might be so.Cement margins will be stable for some more time before going down next year. They should have sold cement business and could have used that money to pre pay the debts taken for acquiring CII carbon. That would have reduced the interest burden of the company significantly. Going ahead cement industry will be making losses again because of over capacity in couple of years. So it would have made lots of sense if company gets rid of cement business....

I'll tell you the correct facts. There is a family dispute between the Promoters of Gujarat NRE Coke and Austral Coke. Rishi Raj Agarwal is the promoter of both Gremach and Austral Coke and his Uncle is now controlling Gujarat NRE Coke. His uncle is now raising a hue and cry that the promoters of Austral have used the name of Guj NRE Coke as one of the "peers" to gain investor confidence. But I don't understand what's wrong if Guj NRE Coke is mentioned as one of the peers in Austral Coke prospectus? The Uncle is also accusing Rishi Raj Agarwal of making tall claims in the prospectus and blah blah blah. This is just another family feud like the one the Ambani Brothers had after Dhirubhai Ambani died. This is the real reason why Gremach Infra shares have been hammered down so much from the highs of Rs 504 in January. Just remember what the price of the undivided share of Reliance Industries was before the partition of Mukesh and Anil Ambani in the year 2002 when Dhirubhai died. And then calculate how much the Reliance Ind (undivided) shareholder has gained since then! This is how much gain is possible in Gremach Infra! Once the feud subsides, Gremach will touch new highs.
