With reference to earlier announcement dated June 30, 2008 informing, inter alia, of the status of litigation under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979 - DMCTC, Wyeth Ltd has now informed BSE that the date of the Bombay High Court Order is erroneously mentioned as "June 10, 2007". The correct date of the Order is "June 10, 2008"
