Dear All, according to my opinion and my study about this stock ,i have find some +ve points in this stock.
1. againt restart NPK production
2. Revival package is about to grant in favour of this comapny by the Govt.

one can consider for a period of 3 month and it should be touched around 23/- per shares .
remember last year the same case happend with ITI.
it can be a trading stock.
please reply your views on this stock if any.

Madras Fertilizers Ltd has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 09, 2008, resolutions concerning the following matters as set out in the Notice to the Shareholders dated July 21, 2008 have been approved by the Members of the Company.1) Adoption of audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and profit and loss account for the year ended on that date.2) Appointment of Shri Deepak Singhal, I.A.S who retires by rotation.3) Authorisation to fix remuneration for Statutory Auditors appointed by Comptroller and Auditor General of India for the year 2008-09.4) Appointment of Shri H Abbas as Director. Further the Company has submitted a copy of the Chairman Speech delivered by the Chairman at the Annual General Meeting.
