Edserv Softsystems, an IT solutions company today announced that its board of directors` meeting will be held on December 04 to consider the proposal to raise funds through international capital markets including the issue of ADR/GDR/FCCB and other instruments.

The company further announced that it would also consider the allotment of 2,27,273 fully convertible warrants to the promoters S. Giridharan and G. Gita.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.45, or 0.66%, to settle at Rs 219.55. The total volume of shares traded was 93,208 at the BSE (Tuesday).
