The interesting thing Vivek is that it has gone this far without any publicity or brokerage coverage....

The issue of bonus shares by GUJ NRE is little confusing. As I understand -
1 The ratio of bonus shares is 1 for 10.
2 The bonus shares are called B shares and they have 1/100th voting rights compared to normal equity shares
3 The required resolution was to be passed by the share holders by postal ballot. The last date for receiving the ballots is 16th Nov.`09. So now the ex bonus date and record date will be announced.
4 It is not clear whether the B shares will be listed seperately, when thy will be listed, and will these shares trade at a discount to the normal shares.
5 To make the whole thing more confusing GNMRL, a assosiate company of GUJ NRE is issuing bonus shares to its non prpmoter shareholders !!
Is it better to get out of GUJ NRE , and review , when the dust settles? Can some knowledgable boarders throw light on the matter?...

why not say range is rs 5 to 10? after all 110 is very generous....
have some decency - you are writing off a tata stock for rubbish.... that is not fair
...
im having those views looking at book value
adani power b.v. 25 rupee
indiabulls power bv..16 rupee
rel power------bv 65
nhpc---bv--18...but low roc of 10-11 %
all my pridictions are with calculations because if book value of adani is 25 why it should sell at 95.will u buy a debenture(ncd)or a business which is worth 25 and will earn 20% on that 25 rupee...the max u will give to buy that asset is 50-60 rupee......
please tell on what basis did u reach this price
because these are baseless
sorry to say that, but please justify sir

growing indian economy will see highest growth in edible oil sector in the fmcg segment over 20 yrs....
this is best sector to be in and this stock has low market cap...could see 250 levels over the years...

watch out this co as i have received a letter to change the object clause of the co...target could be above 200...
in comparision it is still cheapest sugat stock....it is cheap buy 3-4 times than balrampur/bajaj...hence huge potential if sugar remains firm...

phoenix international belongs to indus gas gropu with 6000 cr market cap in uk market...with oil fields near cairn energy and indus basin....now that the object clause of phoenix int has changed things will change for this co....cmp of 17 could go to above 300 if if gets something from the group co......
well things can be justified.can u justify why idfc pvt equiity bought sical at 230.cmp is 40. can u justify vaibhav gems fiis bought at 500 (300 cr rupee)now 20 rupee....there are many stocks including good fundamental stocks...
all deals have ulterior motives....as u never know the motive behind./
in one case fii gave money to vaibhav (300 cr)and they bought a foreign co.../indirectly that foreigh co could be in some way related to that fii.ultimately the fii got back the money...circular trading.this is what i feel happend.
another case..../in qip,preferential allotments,bulk deals etc etc....they were done at 21000 sensex so many...look cmp..sime cases still down 80%
as i have feeling this works like this....u want money as a company.a fii have suppose 200 cr value shares in ur company.he want to maintain that holding suppose.
u will make preferenital issue for suppose 100 cr to him. indirectly he will sell that shares(pool of previously held shares---with prior negotiations with ment(u)and other big shareholders)and they will sell the shares worth 100 cr in open markets.the difference in rates u will five(sale price and issue price of preferential share)
ultimately u get the money(ur company),fii get their commision, public has indierecly financed u who bought the shares frm markets.
this is what happening to recently qips etc....
whatever....theses are my personal views.so if there are preferential deals etc etc u will see always stocks come down...but at the end of day valuations matter.so not necessare stock will tank.but something is always cooking in deals.....remember..its sign to be caution...
one should apply for this issue.
its giving 12% annual interest.period 5 yrs.
with economy slowing and low inflations, the interest rates are going to be down.hence with decrease in interest rates further, the ncd price listed on exchange will increase as its fixed at 12% interest.
hence one can see gains of 5-15% on the face value of the ncd once the liquidity eases.hence it will start trading above 1100plus accrued interest for expired months.,meaning 100 rupee premium is built in.i.e 10% gains.
apply and sell when liquidity increases.return could be around 16-20% after 10 month when u sell it.it could be quoting around 1200 after 10 months.
