Atlast a broker house, Enam Securities, has recommended to buy Brigade for a target of Rs.230, though they haven't mentioned the target period. They haven't mentioned the technical reasons either. Hope they aren't associated with Brigade!...

Projecta can be completeded but what about the realisation of the margins, In real estste sector the what seems to be the worrying factor is the high interest rate for the consumers and also the gestation or the time lag in accurals of revenue to the company...
