Patel Integrated Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company (i.e. A.G.M. for the year 2008) held on September 30, 2008 the members of the Company have transacted following business:(1). Received, considered and adopted the audited Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account as at and for the year ended 31st March, 2008 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon; 2. Declared a dividend of Re.1.00 per share i.e. a dividend @10% on the paid-up share capital of the Company; 3. Mr.P.S.G. Nair, who was retiring by rotation, was re-appointed as the Director of the Company; 4. Mr. Ravi A. Poddar, who was retiring by rotation, was re-appointed as the Director of the Company; 5. Appointed MSP & Co. Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company....

The good thing is such a micro cap company is paying a dividend of Re.1 on a stock price of Rs.30+ which is very good yield. They have also opened a office now in HYD and has got aggressive plans to exploit the opportunities in the retail sector as well. Good luck....

Folks, This stock is into LOGISTICS and they are trying to carve a niche for themselves. They are making good investments to expand and exploit the opportunities in this sector in the future. This stock is "NOT RELATED" to PATEL ENGG group at all. But its a micro cap company with good potential in the long run. I dont expect the stock to trade below Rs.25-30 even if SENSEX hits less than 10K. That goes to show the strength of the stock and a great buy at CMP. I am bullish on the stock for medium to long term and expect the stock to touch Rs.75 in less than one year which 100% returns. Please book maximum profits that time and hold only small quantity for the long term. Good Luck
