Dhandapani Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has extended the period of annual accounts for the financial year 2007-08 by six months to end by September 30, 2008.
Accordingly the Company has obtained approval from Registrar of Companies, Chennai and intimated the same to Reserve Bank of India and Stock Exchange.

Further the Company has informed that the Company would publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended September 30, 2008 on or before December 31, 2008....
