Maytas Infra Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 30, 2008 has recommended dividend on equity shares @15% (Rs.1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each fully paid up) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008.
