even if newly converted christians are a majority (I speak only as a follower), the CATHOLIC CHURCH cannot be handed over to hindus, atheists, etc......it is an internal working of our church & you should join it in order to put forth your stats. & arguments.....
so i would actualy not want any converts to Catholicism, if they are to rule our church & then we would be following the rituals of hindus, muslims, etc., we would lose our identity.
AGAIN I REITERATE THAT I HAD ONLY CONDEMNED THE GRUESOME MURDER OF OUR INNOCENT PEOPLE & THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR PLACES OF WORSHIP, THAT DID NOT RECEIVE THE HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT OF THE HINDU MAJORITY; if you are stating why i use sometimes brahmin, it is because i know that hindus of the lower levels have always been helpful & i would not want to hurt their sentiments, as i see where the problem lies and wish to identify it....or else if we blame hindus, the source of the problem is not identified & a solution will always evade us.
if the matter drifted away from the central theme it is because of thoughtless condemnations of my intentions & messages by other boarders & misunderstandings inevitably take place.
certain sects may take the literal meaning of certain texts, but then you have to believe in your own & attack all CHRISTIANS....
EVEN ON THIS BOARD SOME OF YOUR FUNDAMENTALISTS HAVE DENIGRATED OUR GOD, DUE TO THEIR OWN IGNORANCE, BUT WE HAVE TAKEN IT IN OUR STRIDE.
NOTE: EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CONCLUDED THIS THREAD ON 3 OR 4 OCCASIONS, YOU STILL CONTINUE TO DEMAND ANSWERS, WHICH IS MOST IRRITATING SINCE I HAVE TO REPLY TO SO MANY PEOPLE, GIVEN THE TIME CONSTRAINTS & MY RESPONSIBILITIES & MY DISINCLINATION TO DESTROY THE DECORUM & GOODWILL THAT I HOPE TO EXPERIENCE HEREIN - it will be taxing to most members who use this as a business site........

but why r u taking excessive interest in such statistics pertaining to our religion.....first of all there is no caste......the label of dalit christians itself surprises me.....apparently it has been deliberately continued in order to claim the statutory privileges available to dalits of hinduism, which our dalits are deprived of....clearly it is to raise them to the higher levels....
naturally dalits are new entrants & it would take awhile for them to integrate with the main family & gradually they would make their presence felt & would take over the administration.....it is my only hope & prayer that they would not discriminate against those who now are in a majority......but then we leave it in the HANDS OF GOD!
INJUSTICE IS EVERYWHERE & DALITS HAVE TO FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHTS & THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE TO TAKE UP THEIR CAUSE & WE HOPE THAT RESOLUTIONS WILL BE ARRIVED AT IN A NON-VIOLENT WAY......
i had wanted to comment specially on the label 'dalit'....& i conclude..........

i have already exited this thread...nevertheless....briefly...
CHRISTIANITY does not give validity/sanctity to untouchability, inequality, discrimination, etc. on any caste grounds (there is no caste, only communities-all equal) as brahminism enunciates....upper caste & lowest class.....
i dont disagree that there are isolated cases which you quote, which is because of the human weakness inherent in all cases without exception (meaning human weakness)......it is another human weakness that we quote the exception & apply it to the whole!......
FOR EVERY SUCH CASE THERE ARE MANY MORE CASES WHERE RIGHT ACTION PREVAILS, which are not taken into account.
every rule has an exception!......
the relevant quote would be: in christianity....\\\\...
