McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 21, 2008, inter alia, to consider the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and recommendation of dividend, if any....

If you are a long term investor, you need not worry about the near term price.The potential of this scrip is not yet unlocked.Its share capital is @Rs.12.00crores and its investments are around Rs.600.00crores.So the NAV may be around Rs.500.00.to allow a discount of 10% toholding company status the share price should reach its all ltime high of Rs.430.00 or so.They may announce good dividend also.So in my opinion you can hold for long term without worrying about the market price.Or you can come out with reasonable profit and re enter on lows as and when panic strucks the market....
