Gail (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company appointed Shri Manoj Bangia, Practicing Company Secretary, New Delhi as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal ballot, who has submitted his report. The results of Postal Ballot was announced by Dr. U.D. Choubey, Chairman & Managing Director. Since the votes cast in favour of the resolution were more than three times than the votes cast against the resolution, the resolution has been passed with requisite majority.
